Koch-funded group: Whoops! Didn't mean to be so transparent

That is, until the group realized that even that information is not required by the Federal Election Commission.

When Sunlight called the campaign to ask about the deletions, an aide said that no one could talk about them over the phone. Hmm? Is there something we're missing here?
